With $22M in city funding leveraging $500M in private investment, over 1,000 new housing units, and a $130M Center City project underway, the region is thriving. Arts, public safety, transit, and small business support are central to the plan. The goal: a vibrant, connected downtown with 10,000 housing units, renewed public spaces, and expanded transportation by 2030.
