Your Community. Your Stories. Your Voice.

The Dayton Weekly News is looking for community contributors who want to help tell the stories of the Miami Valley.

You don’t have to be a professional journalist. If you’re passionate about your neighborhood, organization, school, church, business, or community, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for:

• Community events and announcements

• Local success stories

• Small business spotlights

• Youth, school, and sports news

• Arts, culture, and entertainment

• Nonprofit and faith-based initiatives

• Opinion and guest columns

• Photos from community events

Our mission is simple: build the most trusted community information and engagement platform in the Miami Valley. We can’t do that without the community.

Whether you want to write occasionally or become a regular contributor, we’d love to connect.
